By what way does the internet spread over the earth? Is it something that man created or has it always been? It was discovered by man and put to his use but he did not create it.Job 38:24 by what way is light diffused, or the east wind scattered over the earth? Man has been able to make lights and use wind to power mighty ships and in today’s modern world, airplanes. Wireless networking technology uses radio waves to provide wireless high-speed Internet and network connections.
20 years ago today, the World Wide Web opened to the public
On 6 August 1991, exactly twenty years ago, the World Wide Web became publicly available. Its creator, the now internationally known Tim Berners-Lee, posted a short summary of the project on the alt. hypertext newsgroup and gave birth to a new technology which would fundamentally change the world as we knew it.Aug 6, 2011
Now it has been nearly 30 years since the internet became public. Now people from all over the world can communicate through the internet. That is an amazing miracle!
Today, minor evangelists just like me can reach out to people all over the world and share the saving knowledge of the gospel message of Jesus Christ. As more and more Christians use the media airways for the purpose of preaching the gospel, reaching the whole world is possible. Close to 40% of the world’s population do not have the internet yet. But more and more are being added everyday and these people need to know Christ! All they need is a cell phone. Thousands of people from over 170 countries have responded to my blog WORLDWIDE INTERNET EVANGELISM many have accepted Jesus as their Savior and that, brothers and sisters in Christ, makes it all worthwhile.
God is waiting to bless you with abundant blessing if you become an internet evangelist.
Matthew 9:37 Then He (Jesus) said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.
There are different offices of shepherds listed in the Bible and not all Christians hold these positions. God calls those whom He will to do His work.Ephesians 4: 11-12 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.Hebrews 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus.
Those men that God calls to be pastors have to live with their own challenges in life in regard to God, church, family, and spiritual vocation. They are human just like everyone else and as a pastor figuratively put on a pedestal by their congregation. It is tough on him and his family all the while looking after the souls of the Church as a good shepherd will do. 1 Peter 5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you (shepherds) will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.
Support your pastor, pray for him and his family, invite them over for dinner; get to know your pastor and let him know you care for you are Christ’s sheep; God gave you a shepherd.
1 Peter 2: 25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
If you have surrendered to Jesus and made Him the Lord of your life then; seek out a church, get involved, and follow your shepherd. He will teach you, disciple you and watch after your soul. Peace to you in the Lord Jesus Christ!
Does anyone remember what it means when someone says, “No pain, and no gain”? If we always have it easy and everything is handed to us on a silver platter doesn’t make life better. When a blacksmith works on a piece of metal he heats it at very high temperatures and hammers on it until it is shaped right. To build strong character and integrity we must be shaped the same way. We have the perfect example of how this is accomplished by the sufferings of Jesus Christ. Hebrews 5:8 though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. Yes, Jesus was the Son of God and He suffered many things to strengthen His mettle. (Word History: By the 1500s, English metal had also come to mean “the stuff one is made of, one’s character,” but there was no difference in spelling between the literal and figurative senses until about 1700, when the spelling mettle, originally just a variant of metal, was fixed for the sense “strength of character.”) Jesus Christ suffered so He understands how to help us shape our character to have divine mettle!
1 Peter 5:10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
Let Christ shape and perfect you into a fine work of spiritual character, strength, and integrity!
When God the Father calls you to Christ and you are saved, it is not by “your faith” but by the faith and righteousness of Christ in you. God says your faith and righteousness is as a filthy rag to Him. Your faith was of the wisdom of world. So it is by the power of the faith of Christ that you are saved. Thanks to the glory of God!
When you are saved, believe in your new faith, do not fear the worlds pitfalls, be bold and fervent standing up to worldly assaults. Deal with it and be passionate for the Lord will never leave you.
The only way you can see faith is by its results!
Faith is neither tangible nor visible but you can feel and view faith by the spiritual fruits of your life. Look at yourself; scrutinize your inward person to be sure you are following Jesus who is in you. You become a living sacrifice for Christ by faith but still live in your corruptible body even though Jesus loved you so much He died for you on the cross so that you might live. In so doing God gave you a great gift, the gift of grace something you were not qualified for or deserved. Christ gave Himself because of His great love for you.
Now you must live in faith but even then it is not your greatest asset for that is reserved for love which is the greatest force of all. With Christ in you, you are filled with the love of God.
Here are eight scriptures giving insight and guidance on faith.
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, … Romans 5:1
that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God…1 Corinthians 2:5.
Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong….1 Corinthians 16:13
For we walk by faith, not by sight….2 Corinthians 5:7
Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you? … 2 Corinthians 13:5
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. … Galatians 2:20
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, … Ephesians 2:8
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. …1 Corinthians 13:13
Seek faith and pursue it earnestly in Jesus Christ and your reward in heaven will be great.
God bless you!

INOE International Day Of Prayer For The Unsaved on August 20,2017 Join Us!
Here is a thought for today in the midst of all the intense political unrest in this nation concerning the upcoming elections. It is good to stop and take a deep breath and examine ourselves and consider this.
Psalms 1:1, 3 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.
I pray that God gives us all an earnest, upright heart and divine discernment of the needs of America. Amen!
Do you know what is in store for you in the Kingdom of God? God gives us some happy, encouraging bits and pieces of insight to that future. It is good to go over them from time to time to be nudged if you will to remember how important the resurrection really is in context to the Kingdom of God. Jesus said in the gospel of Matthew that we will not marry in the resurrection but will be as the angels of God in heaven. He explains rules for outgoing love toward others as in Luke 14:12-14 “When you give a dinner or a supper, do not ask your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor rich neighbors, lest they also invite you back, and you be repaid. But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you; for you shall be repaid at the resurrection of the just.”
There have been many Christians slaughtered for their beliefs around the world recently and they will be in the better resurrection.
The early Church in the times of the Apostles must have had a deeper understanding of their reward in heaven because there are records of their powerful faith. One such is in Hebrews 11:35 Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. They did not hesitate to give their lives for Christ.
Not too long ago, twenty one men were beheaded by Muslim extremists because they would not renounce their Christian faith and become Muslims.
Revelations 20:4,6 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
Did you know that not everyone will have the same positions in heaven? There will be ranks! Some will be greater than others.
Matthew 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 11:11 “Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
Matthew 18:3-4 “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Here are some sayings of Christ to ponder. These verses give a lot of insight to what the Kingdom of God in heaven is like, how we should seek it and how to increase our reward.
Matthew 13:24 “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field;
31 “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field,
33 “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened.”
44 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
45 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls,
47 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and gathered some of every kind,
Does the resurrection to the kingdom of heaven have a great draw on your heart?
Matthew 11:6 And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”
We should never let anything get between us and the Creator God! There is only one God who has created the heavens and earth and created man to populate it giving him dominion over all things of the earth. God has never failed in anything. The scriptures say that all things are possible with God. (Mark 10:27) God is merciful, slow to anger and loves everyone. He gave His greatest gift to all people by sending His only Son to the earth in the form of a human being to be a servant to us all. (John 3:16)
If we will only serve our Creator full time after He has given us the gift of eternal life, He will bless everything we set our hand to do. His Spirit will give even greater understanding of His Word so we can grow in knowledge and wisdom, something we will never get enough of. Never forget that He is always with you. (Hebrews 13:5) The Lord will surround you like a shield. (Psalms 5:12) He will bless you with peace. (Psalms 29:11) He will increase and bless your business. (Psalms 67:6) Reach up for your higher calling as the LORD requires you to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? (James 4:6)
Jesus Christ came as the greatest servant as He humbled Himself as a man for our benefit and example having given His all for us in death on the cross. Therefore we can do no less than to humble ourselves before our Creator as living sacrifices bearing our cross. (Luke 14:27)
We are spiritually encapsulated in the body of Christ filled with the Holy Spirit as we are His temple, and we are no longer of this worlds system but our citizenship is in heaven. We even have a place prepared for us waiting probably with our name plate already on the door. The Creator is faithful in His promises and if we are faithful to Him then we will do even greater works than Jesus did. (John 14:12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.)
Are you doing greater works than Jesus did? He said we would!
We just celebrated the 4th of July as a memorial to the beginning of this great nation. It is truly awe inspiring to realize what it really means. Sadly, many of our newer generation of children do not know what the 4th of July is about. It is a subject that is not emphasized as much in our children’s education as it was when I attended school over a half century ago. Certain things begin to get vague over time and their importance is watered down, becoming passive in our minds.
The Christian Church has existed before this nation was formed and still stands today.
My question is this. Is the Christian faith, understanding, belief, and especially spirituality becoming vague, passive and weak. Is it as important today as it was in the days of the Apostles?
I watched the Spurs and Heat play for the world championship and the fans were extremely fanatical about their teams. Why are we not more so about Jesus Christ? It is certainly more important for people’s salvation.
Are we fulfilling our calling now, today? Are we worthy?
Jesus has something to say about that in 2 Thessalonians 1:11 Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power,
We have a purpose, we are spiritual and we are citizens of heaven filled with power. That power lives in us and that power is Christ. 1 Peter 2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
I pray that we will stop trying to use Christ and let Him use us!
There are many things happening in this world that indicate that Jesus Christ may come soon. We are to watch for these signs. Matthew 24: 32-33 “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near — at the doors!
Watch and pray!
Luke 21:36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.
When what we are doing is not working we need to stop what we are doing and go in a different direction. We need to let Jesus light our path for us and then and only then will we be going the right way.
Let’s be as excited as our brothers in Christ were in the days of the Apostles. Be as zealous as the fans were at the Spurs and Heat games. Do it for our Lord and Savior. 1 Corinthians 14:12 Even so you, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, let it be for the edification of the church that you seek to excel.
Revelation 3: Therefore be zealous and repent.
God help us to change and not become lukewarm. Amen!
Once we were non believers and didn’t know much, if anything, about Christianity. But somehow we were introduced to Jesus Christ by His grace and our lives changed. We now had something that we didn’t have before. FAITH! By faith we began to recognize that there was so much more to learn and do. We began to grow spiritually. But for something to grow, it has to have something to grow from. A tree grows from a seed planted in the soil and begins to grow roots and then a trunk that that becomes its foundation. A seed, the Holy Spirit, is planted in us and we began to develop spiritual roots in the Church and Jesus is our trunk (foundation).
John 15: 1 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
Now we have a foundation to build on as long as we are in these bodies. As we bear fruit our building is being built and Jesus is the chief cornerstone on which we build.
1 Corinthians 3: 10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 28:16 Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: ” Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation, A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; Whoever believes will not act hastily.
Now that your foundation is layed and your temple is being built, your are host to the Holy Spirit. What an awesome responsibility! Now you are totally of God and belong to God.
1 Corinthians 6:19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
1 Peter 2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
Sometimes it is good to remember just who and what we are. The world does not know this nor can it understand without the Holy Spirit. However, we do know on what we are building and what we stand.
Proverbs 10:25 But the righteous has an everlasting foundation
"He brought me to his banquet hall and raised the banner of love over me. Restore my strength with raisins and refresh me with apples! I am weak from passion... His left hand is under my head and his right hand caresses me" - Song of Solomon 2:4-6
